The project

MEDUSA will consist in a comprehensive and versatile framework able to enhance cross company data exchange via trusted secured and traceable communication protocols/patterns, facilitate asset servitisation including existing B2B marketplaces from different industrial sectors and providing AI services, compliant with the AI-Act stated by the European Commission.

TTS's role

TTS leads the development of the high-level Digital Twin of the supply and production chain: a multi-tier simulation framework (cloud, edge, on-premise) that dynamically assembles virtual production lines from the assets of different providers while protecting confidential data. To this end it extends its DES and Virtual Commissioning simulation runtime and model authoring environment.
